If there is any problem regarding the
quantity of the product being delivered or any other concern, you must raise a
query within 8 hours of delivery by sending an email or through a phone call.
Customers should not accept the products that arrive in damaged condition or
with tempered exterior packaging.
The customer must provide us with a
video of the product being unboxed for the inappropriate order for us to
validate the claim. The appointed delivery executive will be questioned about
it, and if it is found to be true, the customer will either receive a refund or
the remaining quantity within 5 working days. FIG TREE will not be liable for
any refund of the product if it is not covered by the return policy.
